| Alfred R. Novas, Chief Executive Officer and Director |

Mr. Novas was appointed to his position at Interactyx in April 2008. He previously held the positions of Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of Whitney Information Network, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Childtime Learning Centers, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Novas held senior financial and executive positions with Burger King Corporation, The Pillsbury Company and Pizza Hut, Inc., a former division of PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Novas started his career with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP), has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Accounting from St. Thomas University.

Mr. Rennie is a partner in Peterkins Solicitors, who are solicitors and secretary to the Company. Admitted as a solicitor in 1970, for many years Mr. Rennie has been involved solely in corporate and commercial matters. His practice includes corporate finance, insolvency, employment law and intellectual property. Mr. Rennie is also associated with the University of Aberdeen, acting as senior tutor in the Financial Services course of its Diploma in Legal Practice. |

Mr. Beamish works with Aberdeen Asset Management in the charities, private wealth and pension areas. He has been involved in the financial industry for almost 30 thirty years. Mr. Beamish began his career at Hoare Govett Ltd., a leading stockbroker. In 1987 he joined W. I. Carr Far East as managing director of their Far East business. He rejoined Hoare Govett, and remained there through its purchase by ABN AMRO. He was a partner in a corporate finance boutique Leopard Rock Capital Partners. He is a graduate of Edinburgh University. |

Mr. Paterson was a senior executive in the Swire group and the founder and Managing Director of HSBC Private Equity Management, and sold his interest 1998. Since then his activities have included acting as Chairman of a Korean securities brokerage company, and as a director of a TSX listed gold mining company operating in China. Mr. Paterson is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a MA (Hons) degree from Oxford University. He was recently appointed an Honorary Professor of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. |

Mr. Harper is currently the CEO of Apisphere, Inc., which he founded in 2006, and has a successful history of entrepreneurship. Prior to Apisphere, he held positions as President & Chief Technology Officer at Lilien Systems, and as a member of the founding executive team at Avasta, now NaviSite, Inc, where he served as CTO. While at Avasta, he was named one of the Top 50 IT Executives in xSP’s InfoWorld magazine. He has also held executive positions with EC1.COM (Chairman/CEO), Lastorders.com (Strategist), E-FOREX, Inc. (President and CTO), International Financial and Trading Network (CTO), and Liquid Grafx Enterprises (Founder & CEO). He completed the Channel Elite MBA Program at Babson College in Boston, MA., holds an honorary Masters Degree in Information Technology Management from Cornwall University, as well as BS degrees in Quantitative Economics & Decision Science, and Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego. |
