The European Union Directive 97/7/EC set down rules on the protection of consumers where there is no face to face contact between the supplier and consumer. This directive effectively sets standards for Visitor Care. We are taking the opportunity to show that we meet these.
The purpose of the Directive is to increase consumer confidence. Businesses that do not comply may even be hiding behind the obscurity of the internet to cheat their customers - at least this is the view of the enforcing authorities. On top of that they probably are not giving their customers sufficient care and attention.

Shipping And Handling
We charge a standard shipping fee of £2.50 per order, anywhere in the world.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you prefer, just call us on +44 (0)1339 886262 and we can take your order details over the telephone.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa debit and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 working days . If you are activating a trial version, we will send your registration key by e-mail by the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No payment will be taken until you have confirmed that you wish to continue with the order and the item is back in stock.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, your credit card numbers are processed by PROTX, a secure online payment processing specialist. "Protx provides a secure, encrypted gateway between the vendor and the bank. It enables people to purchase products online with the knowledge that their credit card details will be secure." Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank via PROTX and are not seen by Interactyx.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. You can try the products on a free trial and upgrade by paying the full amount later. If any product you have purchased is faulty we will give you a complete refund or replacement.
